LumaCon! 2021 (VIRTUAL)

January 30, 2021 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Members of Endor Base will once again be returning to LumaCon! In light of the continuing COVID-19 situation, this year’s LumaCon will be a VIRTUAL experience with guest Q&A’s, an online artist alley, live panels and a costume contest. Endor Base will be providing short videos of introduction.

LumaCon is a FREE comic convention for youth that celebrates creativity and literacy for all.

The librarians of Casa Grande High School, Petaluma High School, and Petaluma Regional Library (Sonoma County Library) have been producing LumaCon since 2015 with the support of the Friends of the Petaluma Library, the Teen Advisory Council, and members of our community.

While access to panels and live discussions is free, you will be required to sign up for each individual event using your library card. Please visit LumaCon’s official website for more information and links to panel registration.

If you are a resident of Sonoma, Mendocino, or Lake County and you do not have a library card, you are able to request an online library card through the Sonoma County Library’s Online Registration page. Not only will this enable you to register for LumaCon’s events, it will also allow you to check out physical books and media through your local branch’s curbside pickup, as well as digital e-books.
